Offered Coral LTF from ICICI, Chennai office

A lady called me today from Chennai office of icici.(salary team) ... She had all the details that only bank can have like company email and all..... Was offering me coral ltf.... As I have salary account with them.... Have anyone got cards like this....??? She just asked to send that ast sms.....

With apay u have to apply by urself.. Very less chance of pre approved offer... But u can get mmt platinum /signature very easily

So I mailed but was not getting email response so directly called customer care there they listened to my issue and they issued me platinum ltf instntly..... No question s asked........ . For any gemstone card I had to again process the card...( new application) . Which I dont want... They offered mmt platinum, mmt signature, platinum ltf....

Yes... These fools didn't sent the application pdf on email so I had only call of agent which I never recorded as proof of ltf..... Dont know they would have given me coral ltf.....

No it has just been 10-15 minutes of call... I guess after 24 hours

It might have automatically got cancelled as platinum cc is a downgrade from mine cc.

Thus cc executive had told me if one has to downgrade a card the existing card has to be closed if order to process the downgraded card version.

But for upgrade the existing card remains active as well.

What if I apply for the expression CC today. (apay user), and my billing date is on 8th. Will the joining fees reflect on 8th itself ?

Yes I guess very vague hierarchy tgey have.... Mkne they are giving signature card and sapphiro which they charge so much giving visa platinum.... So can't say which is downgrade and which is upgrade
