Offline merchent no cost emi cashback on kotak credit card

I purchased Samsung AC on 1st APR from offline store. I done payment using kotak credit card and salesperson created 3 month No cost EMI as there is a instant 4000 off on emi conversion. He told me that you got interest as a cashback after 90 days. 90 days passed but still i not get any cashback credited.

Does any one else face this in past ?

In this transaction using my HDFC Credit Card, there's an effective discount hold on the card when converting to EMI. The loan amount is ₹97,096.65 for 18 months with an EMI of ₹6,103.14. If I pre-close within 3 days, will all charges get reversed? Or will the discount be added to the outstanding amount?
