Dear Friends,
I made transaction on online apparel merchant website in august 2025, I received the apparel. I used ola money wallet for payment.
Due to some reason i returned the order, Subsequently merchant initiated the refund and given me refund id.
But till date I didn't received any refund, I contacted payment gateway razor pay they responded that amount already has been refunded.
Now when i am asking ola money wallet team they are responding that they didn't received any refund back. Even after sharing all corresponding mail with razor pay and refund id.
I tried to lodge complain with RBI, But didn't found ola money listed there.
So my query where can i lodge complain against them?
