One Plus 10 Pro Green Line issue after recent Software Update

I have recently got a android update on my one plus 10 pro and after that i see a green line on my screen, its not going off even after restarts.

My phone is almost 2 years old, so it is out of warranty.

Will one plus resolve my issue even if its out of warranty for free?

If yes, anyone tried for one plus 10 pro?

will they change the software (reset) or provide a new display ?

Please help

Yes they'll. They're providing free fix for green line issues. Or you can choose for exchange at very good rate.

Tried on 9 pro, 3yrs old phone.
will they change the software (reset) or provide a new display ?
They'll change the complete display assembly which include side buttons too for free just visit the service centre.

This is a known issue for them. You just need to visit customer care of oneplus. They provide lifetime warranty for green line issue. I got this issue on one plus 9 pro and they fixed it.
Only problem I faced was that the centre I took it to in Bangalore was crowded so I was without a phone for 2-3 hours and most centres don't take the repair post 5pm since by that time they will have a bunch of repairs scheduled till close time.
So plan in advance

Yes, I have replaced my screen twice and I'm using 8T, which is 4.5 years old, still has lifetime screen replacement warranty. Do login and check RCC though, you can book appointment from there if option for screen replacement is visible.
Also before you go to the service center, ask over call for screen availability, only proceed when they say it's available. Parts availability could take time.
Carry your original bill, can show in phone if purchased online.
P. S: They could still reject the free replacement if device has even small damages, so check that beforehand.
