Onecard application stuck after kyc

Hi all,

Help needed. applied for one card metal credit card today.
Card approved with a limit of 3.6L.

After that one kyc via aadhar, clicked a selfie. next step was verifying bank account. they deposited Rs.1 in account and that also verified. all done.
Next screen was card dispatch address. selected. next screen is
"processing your application, - we are analyzing your application, this can take some time. we will notify once your application is processed."

Usually preapproved cards get virtual cards in 10 to 15 mins of application. why am i stuck on this screen.

my doubt is the limit shown is 3.6l and do we need put that much amount as fd.?

I have SBI CC and CIBIL- 778

How is it asking for fd if you have pre approved offer 🙄

Coz I have heard that SBI doesn't report fd cc as secured in CIBIL

No, SBI reported as a normal CC in CIBIL

Yeah they do take quite some time for the virtual cards. The physical card dispatch is quick though.

Try reinstalling OneCard app

And apply by clicking on banner shown in onescore

This method is guaranteed to work in most cases. I had got OneCard when it had just launched by following this method. No vKYC or documents. Just retrieved aadhar and I had my card in no time.
