Onecard Indian Bank , bank offers not applying

Hey guys,

I recently got the onecard upgraded from secured to unsecured by Indian Bank.

The issue im facing is that for any onecard offer , whenever I input my card details, I get the message that this code is not applicable on your card.

I've tried this on Zomato , park plus and amazon ( all have some onecard offer running) and all of them throw the same error.

I believe onecard has not updated Indian Bank cards to make use of the offer ( I asked CC and they were clueless and raised a ticket to look into it)

Any other Indian Bank onecard holders that can confirm if you're facing the same?

Seems Indian Bank is not interested in sharing the margin with One card. So they have left it I guess.

Really stupid and doesn't make sense.

I noticed that on Zomato they changed the offer to " select onecard users"

Why would they partner with such a bank ?

So some onecard users get the offers and others don't?

I complained to their CX team and the ticket has been open for over a month with no resolution yet.

When is your Indian bank one card reported to cibil? Is it month end or statement date?

also one card offer is not applicable for many apps which is issued by one card for me it is applicable on flipkart amazon only with instant discount and offer near you that only at metro cities for small town there is no offer for one car in offer near me section (d-mart zudio and star bazar and all even 5% at fuel)

I thought federal Bank was the worst. I wish I could be of more help. But the good news is that soon one card will break off with Indian bank and find you a new banking partner if the startup survives.

Unfortunately it isn't. The discount offered on the Zomato offer was too less for me to raise a ticket with the team and waste my time on it . But the offer didn't work after multiple attempts on different days.

For parkplus, I raised the complaint with the team. They took multiple days to go through it and then eventually just removed that offer altogether and closed my ticket.

Indian Bank issued onecard however does work well for me with the around you offers and cleartrip/ MMT offers from the ones I've tried. That's also why I didn't give the card up yet.

Yet to try on Amazon, but if this persists, raising a complaint should do the trick.

Source? Because what I have heard says the firm is looking for banks to partner with, and after RBI restricted them, they have been on backfoot

The offers part, from what I understand about OneCard's business model, banks are free to allow/disallow any offers as they see fit; providing parity in offers is not compulsory in order to provide OneCard; it is more of a OneCard problem, how do they enable it for everyone
Besides, Indian Bank's credit card department is very new, they are literally setting up operations as we speak; it will take some time before they function properly
