Onecard Not providing FD based Secured Credit Card.

OneCard app was offering me FD-BASED Secured Card, but when I created the FD on boarding process get pending after 3 days I received my FD refund and provided reason that partner Bank decline for your FD request. after escalating this with RBI now they are saying "Your pin code is not serviceable." When I said, before creating fd I conform from executive that i am Approved for FD card then she replied"we can change our terms & conditions without notice we have full right." When I asked to send thats t&c "we can't provide you our internal communication"

Please help @TechnoFino I really frustrated with them.

Agli bar se Bank ke head office ka address du? ya CEO ka?

Same issue for me too. But my wife got unsecured card for the same address.
