Online transactions decline issue in IDFC First Ashwa credit card

Sorry I am in a hurry so keeping this short. Will update with more details later.

So since 15+ days all online transactions are getting declined in my idfc ashwa credit card.

I tried calling and raising issue multiple times and everytime the executive said either try again in 24 hours and remove the tokenisation and try again.

Still no resolution.

Today cc guy told me that this is a technical issue from VISA and the backend team is checking many of the other customers are also facing this issue (That's why I thought of writing this post). He said that they also are not able to tell when this will be fixed.

At last I have raised a request for fee reversal and card closure.

Since I received this card, I tried using it online and it failed for me as well. Never tried again, will do soon and let you know.

However, I swiped the card multiple times, and it all went through, this seems to be an only online-issue.

Yes online only issue, but how come that all online transactions are getting declined for this specific card varient.

For me also same issue from last one month contacted customer care multiple times. They are saying tokenization issue. After all asked to cancel this credit card one week back and demanded fee reversal.

No I raised the request and status is still showing open only.

There is next issue once it starts to work your most transactions on forex will have rent surcharge. Brace for impact. Master card variant in mayura lot of issues on forex transactions where bank add surcharge and gst

Just got the msg from IDFC that joining fees reversed along with GST.
