So since 15+ days all online transactions are getting declined in my idfc ashwa credit card.
I tried calling and raising issue multiple times and everytime the executive said either try again in 24 hours and remove the tokenisation and try again.
Still no resolution.
Today cc guy told me that this is a technical issue from VISA and the backend team is checking many of the other customers are also facing this issue (That's why I thought of writing this post). He said that they also are not able to tell when this will be fixed.
At last I have raised a request for fee reversal and card closure.
