Sorry I am in a hurry so keeping this short. Will update with more details later. So since 15+ days all online transactions are getting declined in my idfc ashwa credit card. I tried calling and raising issue multiple times and everytime the executive said either try again in 24 hours and remove the tokenisation and try again. Still no resolution. Today cc guy told me that this is a technical issue from VISA and the backend team is checking many of the other customers are also facing this issue (That's why I thought of writing this post). He said that they also are not able to tell when this will be fixed. At last I have raised a request for fee reversal and card closure.

did they give you fee reversal? Just got the msg from IDFC that joining fees reversed along with GST.

There is next issue once it starts to work your most transactions on forex will have rent surcharge. Brace for impact. Master card variant in mayura lot of issues on forex transactions where bank add surcharge and gst

did they give you fee reversal? No I raised the request and status is still showing open only.
