Opening bank account at new address

My gf is moving to a new pincode as a resident , and the institution needs a bank account for salary credit with current address ( weird govt rules )

Changing address in Adhar card is a tall ask itself.
-No rent agreement ( bcoz of govt accommodation)
-No postpaid either( jio , Airtel rejected applications)
- no other bills either( water ,electricity)

What she have - institution ID , allotment letter , all medical degrees of adress in current pincode

Is there any bank that would entertain our request n open a bank account?

No ,he isn't
It was pre assumption that I don't have any proof & how to open 😺

Guarantor works in case of landlord too but none give it unless u know them personally..so yeah your method works too

I don't know what do you understand by the bonafide certificate. Here is what I meant, bonafide cerificate is simply a document issued on the letter head on the college duly attested. It says that as per records of the college Mr/Mrs XYX son/daughter of Mr/Mrs ABC is bonafide student of the college and resides in the following address as per the college records. This was the certificate issued to me by my tier-3 engineering college which I submitted in the bank branch in my college campus and got my account opened some 10yrs ago.
So where does the respect thing came into this? Can't a student get a form attested from the head of the institution?

Also , there is a thing in medical colleges
' you should not be known to higher authorities (unless mandatory), nd works on , come unknown go unknown principle.
So never wanted to use that option.

Open salary account in in banks like AU or IDFC.
I have had similar issues, I live in Ahmedabad and as per aadhar address is of Delhi.
Online me current address different from communication address ka option hota hai.
