Optimizing my CC portfolio

Hi, I have the following CCs

1. Atlas - Paid + Atlas - Paid (wife's) (both received in 2025)
2. DCBM - FYF and 2nd year also waived. (Both not eligible for infinia)
3. HSBC premier - Salary account.
4. Amex gold - Paid (paying 1/2 the fee from last 3-4 years)

LTF - ICICI Amazon pay (x2), Sapphiro, HDFC Swiggy, AU Ixigo

(Wife also has an axis burgundy account, but no burgundy CC, she doesn't care much about optimizing, so atlas is best for her imo)

We have expenses of around 25L (including rent), the online expenses (monthly) roughly being -
- 50000 groceries/dining out/swiggy/health/gym etc
- 85000 rent (HSBC premier)
- 50000 into a travel fund (for covering our/parents travel throughout the year, so will vary here and there)
- 50000 into other expenses fund (can be anything, jewelry, new phone/laptop, wife's shopping, again will vary)

Was wondering if I should keep my atlas and gold cards? On gold, I am usually able to hit 6x1000 via 5x vouchers. Regarding atlas, we both might not hit 7.5L, So, I was thinking if I should close mine, but as the card is not issued anymore, so won't be able to get a new one if I have some big offline purchase. Should I replace some other card?

Looking for feedback from the pros. Thanks!!

(Also I have ~2L expenses on office travel yearly, which are reimbursed)

Check M4B and replace Gold with Platinum Travel (may not be available) or temporarily Platinum Reserv.

But mostly Premier and M4B for you enough along with DCBM

Thanks!

But I might be doing >1.5L spend months (after excluding the rent) only 2/3 times per year. Is that still useful? Currently all my cards are around (Atlas - 5.9k + Gold - 2.2k + Atlas - 5.9k, DCBM and Premier are free for now), burgundy fees is pretty high.

Thanks!

if u want, then thats an option but as said earlier ur existing cards also enough.

2/3 times then I do not think m4b helpful to you, it should be atleast 7 times.

> Atlas, dcbm and hsbc premier are I think the best combo to hold and maximise the benefit.

Do you think I should keep only one atlas and close the other one? Might not hit 7.5L on both

If you are ok with the fees and even if you hit 1.5L 4 times a year, my suggestion would be to upgrade 1 atlas to M4B. And use it for 1 year and see the rewards point you can accumulate and weigh in for the next year renewal.
For the 2nd year maybe for you it will be
M4B, dcbm and hsbc premier.
