1. Download the Slice app and do the full KYC process.

- Open the app and go to the “Add Money” section.
- choose the amount you want to add.
- Pay using Paytm or PhonePe. (Link your rupay cards on these apps)
- Make sure the merchant name shows as **“addmoney@slc”**. If it's shows, pay via your rupay cards.If it doesn’t, close the app and try again.
3.
Once the money is added, you can transfer it from the Slice app to another account via UPI or IMPS.
4.
The transaction MCC is 5699.

My sbi card got blocked due to suspicious transaction.
Just did 4,5 transaction total upto 40k.
Still blocked.
I called customer care, they said it will unblock within 24 hr.
But I am not able to login sbi card app, saying your card blocked contact customer care.
I already contacted customer care still not able to login.

SBI is SBI. Don't worry your card will get activated within 48 hours. You may receive a verification call from them

I don't know. As per their TNCS they are giving the option to open savings account to their existing customers phase wise. Don't know about new users

One of my friend also faced the same problem two months ago. He tried to add via snapay. Sbi blocked his card. He then contact customer support. After giving all the necessary details to the support executive, they told him his card would be reactived within 48 hours. Then after few hours, he received a verification call from the backend card team and after verifying, they unblocked his card

I added 25k, and it worked smoothly. Later, I upgraded the wallet to a savings account, and now I’m not getting the same UPI ID.
My experince :-Don’t upgrade your wallet to a savings account, otherwise, you will not receive the expected UPI ID. Instead, you will get a UPI ID 'saving@slc'.
