1. Download the Slice app and do the full KYC process.

2.
- Open the app and go to the “Add Money” section.
- choose the amount you want to add.
- Pay using Paytm or PhonePe. (Link your rupay cards on these apps)
- Make sure the merchant name shows as **“addmoney@slc”**. If it's shows, pay via your rupay cards.If it doesn’t, close the app and try again.
3.
Once the money is added, you can transfer it from the Slice app to another account via UPI or IMPS.
4.
The transaction MCC is 5699.

I tried transferring 1Lac to slice yesterday using my CC and it failed but PhonePe said success and money was deducted.
Slice said will be refunded in 5 days.

Should I simply wait. I see transaction is settled on my card and is now part of outstanding.

Same thing happened to me
I tried with 10k the transaction failed (Gpay showed success), and the money was deducted from my cc.
I have yet to receive refund.
