Packer & Mover - Suggestion (Patna to Pune)

Anyone has an idea which packer and mover should be good for moving some items from Patna to Pune.

Items will be very less, not shifting household items like furniture, appliances. I want to move 2 bicycles which will be properly packed by me in proper box. Then there's an indoor trainer which is again related to cycling only and that would also be in its box only. Apart from this, there would be items like an OTG which would be in its box again and other miscellaneous items packed in 1 or 2 box.

So, basically, I would need little to almost no help in packing from them. At maximum, I may need them to wrap boxes with foam and bubble wrap. What I need is, good pricing and good handling of products along with doorstep delivery, I can't go and collect my items from highway.

If anyone has any contact or knows someone close who can get this done, please let me know.

Also, this is on my own expense, so, pricing will be a factor. I would also want to know how pricing is done apart from the distance ?? Is it simply on weight, or on volume to items or on both volume and weight ??

Agarwal (APML) is costly as I've heard from people. Delhivery won't entertain big boxes like bicycles and then there are others like Gati, Safexpress etc but I'm waiting to hear what the community says.

All I can say is be careful whichever facilitator you go for, there are too many cases of damage, and there are so many imposters by the name of Agarwal packers. Have you tried shipping by train? I know it's not a last mile solution but could be economical for bicycles.

No no, I can't give away my bicycle to be shipped via train ... until and unless I'm also travelling in it so that I can supervise while loading and unloading. I've shipped my two-wheeler (scooter) via train and they've damaged it in the past, so, big NO.

But the point is, I've other items too which have to be shipped and one of the bicycle costs Rs. 20k but the other one costs Rs. 1.25 lakhs ... so, proper shipping and handling is important for me.
