Paid full amount but still outstanding.

I paid the total amount due for my HDFC card this month via CRED.
Card section in app still shows an outstanding of 25Rs
Amount paid is as per statement can't figure out where this 25rs is from

dont look at cred
check in my cards whether total outstanding is cleared or not

Cred is a dumbf**k. It does not sync properly even if you let them have your kundali. Always rely on what is displayed under the card in netbanking/phone banking.

I have paid around 58k via Paytm for Kotak Credit Card, after 2 days still payment haven't been credited to my card. Paytm shows payment successful but unable to connect to Paytm customer care. What to do?

it will get credited within the next 24 hours
paytm doesnt use bbps for kotak
so it takes time

When its urgent , do pay via cred using Upi. Else direct bank method is good too ..
If u paid & it shows successful in the app ..
Untill & unless its refunded later ..
The money credit date will be same as your payment date & not settlement date on cc

I never faced this issue cred always fetches the proper bill but this issue exist on cheq bit its always to cross check in the official mobile app
