Paid ICICI Sapphiro upgrade

I got upgrade offer from Platinum to Sapphiro card with Rs.6500 as joining fees.
contacted customer care for LTF but they denied it.
any way to get it LTF?

Only way is on the basis of salary. If your in-hand salary is more than 2L, then they'll provide Sapphiro LTF card.

As per our telephonic conversation today, we inform you that we have initiated the request for chargeable ICICI Bank Sapphiro Credit Card in Amex and Master variants .

If i am already paying for the Sapphiro VISA variant , will i have to pay again for Master+Amex Dual variant too ??

CC was highlighting the chargeable word many times during conversation. I had to specifically mention this that anyways I am paying for VISA so paid variant it is !!

Do you have salary account with ICICI? If yes ask for LTF. Otherwise wait for LTF. Get rubyx or coral LTF.
