paid my apay payment card bill, but it has yet to be credited after 72 hours

I used to pay my icici pay card bill through Amazon and it was credited in less than 30 minutes. Now, I paid the bill on the 24th, but it hasn't been credited to my card. The limit has not been revised, but the Amazon app indicates success. I have a due date tomorrow and have already topped up Min.(+100) with UPI and it has been credited.

I followed up with support, and they said it was credited from their end. Check with icici using your utr number; they say no such amount has been credited as of yet. What are your options in this situation? Has anyone had a similar experience?

I have faces same issue, i pay bill from internet banking and get success but not credit to card. After complaint its settled after appx 7-8 days. Thereafter i always pay icici credit card bill by Bhim app by entering UPI Id,bits settled instant.

yeah this has happened twice since past month. I have to request hsbc to waive of late payment charges since paytm took 5days to settle the transaction. I'm gonna restart neft/upi payment & stop using this third party payment apps once & for all.

Doesn't Paytm already have a payment protection plan if they settle due amounts late?

i have also made payment of Apay icici on 24th through Hdfc bill pay for first time, and paid amount hasnt been credited till now, when i contacted customer care i was told as you have paid on saturday(which is holiday acc to them) and sunday(holiday again) after that 3 working days which is on wednesday it will be credited is wat i was told, lets see wat happens on wednesday, btw my due date is 30th

Sorry for the noob question, how do you guys pay credit card bill using UPI Id? Does every credit card have separate UPI Id?

Brother same i also paid my bill on Friday 23th for first time in hdfc bill pay, till now it's not credited.

My experience of paying first bill on hdfc billpay was same. More than 5 working days. But later on it depends on the bank. SBI payment happens instant and Axis takes 3 working days.

Same my due date is 30th since its amazon card it used to be always superquick, this could be due to long holidays but henceforth upi/neft for me. Still not credited indicates this day will pass too

They do that would have been my secondary attempt if hsbc wouldn't had co-operated. All I did was call hsbc & requested them to reversed charges (5900approx.) the executive obliged immediately since it was my first late payment in six years that too coz i chose third party aggregator. BTW she did reverse charges for me on call itself & same reflected in app. This experience you can't get with PSU cards or even with top private banks card.

Money settlement and reflection is different confirm that it is settled first reflection can take some time but your date considered is always the settlement date

I know but this happens. I paid on 12th should have settled on 13th instead it reflected on 16th & bank said hence we have charged you coz it wasn't reflected on time

Bruh your apay icici payment has been settled or not??? I have also paid on 23rd but not settled
