paid my apay payment card bill, but it has yet to be credited after 72 hours

I used to pay my icici pay card bill through Amazon and it was credited in less than 30 minutes. Now, I paid the bill on the 24th, but it hasn't been credited to my card. The limit has not been revised, but the Amazon app indicates success. I have a due date tomorrow and have already topped up Min.(+100) with UPI and it has been credited.

I followed up with support, and they said it was credited from their end. Check with icici using your utr number; they say no such amount has been credited as of yet. What are your options in this situation? Has anyone had a similar experience?

Not yet I paid through amazon not hdfc

Finally transaction settled no msg/mail but reflecting in app with payment initiated date. Ain't no more third party payments

what is your settlement date and due date did bank charge you if yes why & how?

Payment was done on 23rd, my due date was 30th so no harm. settlement date is also 23th but reflecting as recent entry

this is what i was saying same happened with me too with hdfc but later cred clarified that my settlement date is important & you will not be charged extra. but what date does your credit card statement show?

The day I initiated the payment i.e. 23rd. Problem here is if my due date had been 26-27th I would have been charged heavy penalties for late fees & had to call bank to clarify once transaction would have settled. Had this case recently with hsbc
