Pan Aadhar Name Mismatch

While I apply PNB Card ( online ) it showing my PAN amd Adhar Name was mismatch and so that i cant apply . My Adhar Name is Santhosh S and on PAN Card name was Santhosh Shiva . Shiva my father name .

In south India especially Tamil nadu and Kerala . Our last name mostly single alphabet. what can we do for this ? any way to keep pan last name as "S" only .

Visit neaby cybercafe and tell them the issue they will do the rest docs needed is adhar card and 2 photo and signature on the form that's it and is hardly take 7 working days and fee is around 150-200 not more than 200.

Just visit nearby e-TIN center and mention your requirement, it will be done in one sitting and dispatched to your address with Aadhar name. It won't cost more than 150 (depends on center), and it won't take more than 1 visit (unless there is heavy rush in those centers, which I usually didn't observe). Its easy one as long as one of the document has proper format, you can easily adjust in other document.

Online maynot possible, there are some limits like address should be in x characters, name documents may needed etc. Offline will be easy.

In my case, there is furthermore complications. I have multiple name mismatches right from school certificate to Aadhaar. Easiest way would be change Aadhaar.

We can't have initial in the PAN Surname. So, we can't change it
