Pantaloons voucher and vistara one class upgrade voucher

Recently got 4 x 2500 and 2 x 2000 vouchers of pantaloons that can only be used for in store purchases

Also have a one class upgrade voucher (domestic)of vistara, you will have to pay taxes and service charge of upto 500 rs

even if not a nominee of the person to whom the voucher was issued??
