Park+ HDFC cc bill using esp dc failing

Since morning trying to pay HDFC cc bill using esp dc on park+ for 1% cb.
But despite entering correct OTP tx being blocked by hdfc monitoring team.
Call came & spoke to executive saying yes I was using dc.
Tx failed even after that.
Auto call came & I said yes .
Now afraid that it'll fail for 6th time.
Has anyone experienced same thing?

I don’t think ESP is eligible for cashback on Park+

I have faced a similar issue in the past. If you could try using the card without tokenising it. I think it should do the job. Anyways its worth trying.
