Tried with PZ for KTK and as expected transaction failed.
Amount deducted.
No reference number shown. Only Bill Number.
Status says as Transaction Under Process.
Complaint system not working on the portal.

But how do you benefit by using this payment gateway ?

I tried paying Kotak CC bill through Federal BBPS gateway using payzapp prepaid card. Balance deducted but transaction shows as failed!! What to do next???

Apply for 80g certificate , idfc took the money as donation for themselves.

but on what ground can payment be lost?? if transaction failed, they are supposed to reverse it back....

Yes, but customer care is telling many that Payzapp wallet balance cannot be used to pay bill for another card.

I suggest you to read the thread above.

escalate with proofs to ombudsman
then internal ombudsman team will investigate this issue

Got the money back in Payzapp wallet after escalating the matter to payzapp as well as Federal bank. Hope people here will suggest solutions instead of simply spreading hopelessness.
