What was exact process of fd cc into apay

it was a surprise for us, because just after 3 months old of FD card(his first secured CC). As he recived his kotak card, i made him to us kotak & my amazonpay card on amazon & offline for all utility payments,groceries etc and as he completed 3 months.. made him to apply for amazonpay card and was approved the next day.
