Absolutely No ! (always will have some charges)
Also you should avoid it, that's a red flag and on your way to a debt trap.

This is perhaps a question of many people, how to run a pyramid scheme on an individual basis. But from the comments section it looks like unless you're a big businessman (like Mallya, Modi etc) you cannot take one loan/line of credit to repay another loan/credit card bill for now.

Yes 2% +gst.... But I pay using lazypay card... It detects it as debit card..... U can get minimum 0.5% and maximum 5% on repayment
