I have paid the bill manually for 6 months but for couple of them since the payment was done close to due date, autodebit was triggered. I did not have sufficient balance and honestly did not pay attention as the bill was settled. Due to that the payment could not go through and I got a payment dishonor fees because of it.
I called customer care and requested to refund the fees but they say they can only do it for fees of one month and not all of them. Is there a way or point of contact where I can raise request for the rest of it?
