Payment failing continuously using rupay credit card

Hi there. I am holding 8 rupay credit cards since last year of different banks. Since few days, I have noticed that I cannot pay any merchant more than once in a single day. Payments continously failing, and its always showing payment failed due to technical error, and sometimes its showing i have reached upi limit. can anyone help me out?

Wait at least 2 days full, no more RuPay CC upi transactions till this Sunday. Monday try & let us know, cooling off for few days helps.
In my case not even 1, all the merchant RuPay upi transactions were failing, then I did this and worked so try.

I contacted Google Pay support as i make all merchant transactions using Google Pay. They told me they can't help me out regarding this matter and informed me that i should contact the bank's customer care.

I tried this method.. This has been happening for near about 10 days. I didn't make any payments for nearly 4 days and after that I paid a merchant. Still this is happening. I will follow your method sure
