Payment not deducted. But, booking confirmed

I have booked Accor hotel using Reward points + Extra amount.

It asked for a payment method to pay extra amount, I have given Axis Atlas details.

It didn't ask for an OTP (OTP didn't came as well)
However the booking is confirmed.

But, Amount was not deducted in the card.

Please help what should I do now?

Don’t worry your booking is confirmed.

I have done multiple bookings using points.

Following are my experiences

1. Ibis Dubai : The remaining amount was asked to be paid during check in.

2. Mercure Hyderabad : The remaining amount was asked to be paid during check in.

3. Novotel Kuala Lumpur: The remaining amount was deducted from the card 3-4 days prior to the check in date.

4. Mercure Mysore : The remaining amount ₹890 was not deducted from the card, nor asked during check in or checkout 😁. I did double check. They said it’s all good. ( I used Stay plus here)
