Looking for Wallets in which we can add money (via Debit Card) & transfer out money to bank account for free.

AFAIK Paytm and ICIC pockets does this job for me, in PayZapp loading is free but to transfer out it charges some percent.

Any other Wallet service which satisfies the above requirement pls suggest.
