I have got the offer in my paytm account that if I add Rs. 3000 or more, I will get 1x cashback points upto 5000. But how is the cashback point calculated?

I mean, say I add 10000, so 1x means 100 cashback points or what?

Also the maximum gratification limit is 5000 cashback points. So how much money should I add to my paytm wallet to get the maximum benefit out of it?
