Paytm hdfc card PAYTM First membership is different

I had recieved Paytm first membership with new hdfc Paytm card
But paytm membership is very different from normal Paytm first membership

No OTT benefit
No add money cashback
No UPI payments points benefit
Useless membership

I used to have the Citibank Paytm credit card few years back. Closed it because hardly found any benefits on it. Don't know if this card will be any more useful, apart from the fact that it is an HDFC card (offers) and RuPay card (UPI). It's a Rupay card, right?
