I had not even done mini kyc..Long time back customer., still I was able to do full kyc 6 months ago

You might had the wallet (with 10k limit).

Otherwise not possible after March'22

RBI has restricted onboarding new customers to Paytm.. However, If you were existing customer (created account on Paytm anytime before March22), then you can do full KYC..

Well, I've an account that was created a long time back, when I go to wallet, it shows the same as in the screenshot. Basically wallet was not opened and even mini kyc was not done.

Is physical kyc still possible somehow or is it not possible at all?

Do vkyc and wait for inland letter post from paytm. Scan the qr code which you’ll receive in the inland letter and you’re good to go!
