You can use your Paytm Wallet balance to pay any UPI QR.

Suppose, merchant have only GPay UPI QR or Phonepe UPI QR. You can scan and pay through your Paytm Wallet balance to GPay UPI QR or Phonepe UPI QR etc.

When u will add Money in Paytm wallet from hdfc dc .now instead of send to bank u can send via upi 🤣🤣
What else 😂.

Or u can add via dc & use upi of wallet if u crossed 1 lakh Limit for 24hr

Paytm full kyc account ? Latest version Paytm app ? Android ?

Go to wallet option and you will see Pay to any UPI QR 'Activate Now' option. check my first screenshot.

By the way Paytm full kyc account already offer free bank transfer via B2C UPI mode.

for clean passbook, you can always have a separate payment bank acct like NSDL for UPI payments.

You can also use UPI Lite/UPI LiteX for transactions under Rs500 + NFC UPI payment also supported through Android/iPhone.

They are banned by rbi at the moment and cannot onboard new wallet customers. You have to wait until the ban is lifted.

just did a transaction with this. lightning fast & no pin, almost perfect.

at the time of payment, the default is still my bank account. i have to select the dropdown & change it to wallet. todo this at every transaction is a little irritating, hope paytm gives an option to change this.

UPI lite is for the young generation who does not even want to waste time to give pin and does not mind losing digital money tied to mobile handset in the event handset gets suddenly damaged or lost.
I am a 50 year old who still prefers to give pin for every txn
