Payzapp bank based full KYC - Not applicable

Hi Team,

I have been extended my HDFC salary account benifit to my one of family member for creating salary family account.

Account got successfully done with all documents and KYC process and I have verified the same kyc status as 'Y' in hdfc app.

But, kyc status of payzapp is only showing as mini KYC and I'm unable to find a way to get full kyc done.



If anybody faced this kind of issue, kindly let me know how to complete full kyc here.

I checked with the support team to upgrade my wallet limits. They said that the full KYC visible was a result of Pixel card and my wallet is still minimum KYC

That's not useful then.

Also I don't know why HDFC is so adamant to change KYC status for PZ wallet! 😑

Bank based KYC here might be related to Pixel Credit card by Payzapp & if you have the Pixel credit card you can add the last 4 number, I don’t think debit card will work but not 100% sure.

I entered Tata Neu credit card details, and it is success. (I don't have pixel credit card)
Luckily without having hdfc bank account, I could do full KYC with just HDFC credit card details.
