Payzapp cashback not credited

Hey folks,
I made a transaction on GyFTR via smartbuy dated 25 Jan 24 for amazon pay vouchers.
The transaction was successful, but the cashback didn’t credited neither in the form of cash nor rewards.
Contacted and mailed both payzapp and hdfc bank, no solution till date.
Is there anything you people can suggest !!
