Payzapp mislead me in welcome offer

Hi,
So i was payzapp for a while and then I was suggested to apply for payzapp pixel card by my RM.
Now during application i was shown a welcome offer of rs 1500 amazon voucher.

After a while reaching to the bank they said i am not eligible as the employees helped me. But in the advertisement page it never mentioned about this exclusions.

I reached till nodal officer and they are still saying the same.

What should i do? This is plain misleading in my opinion where half information was provided om the app. Ofcourse i dont have any screenshot because who thought hdfc would be so petty.

Any leads?

This offer is only valid if you don't seek any help from any employee of the bank, it's wide known. So there's no case of misleading if you didn't go through the offer T&Cs.
