So a lot of people keep asking if payzapp is good for payments or HDFC BillPay. Clearly it's the latter. Effective this month, Payzapp cashbacks have been reduced in value.
Attaching screenshots for the same.

Old rates (before 01/06/22)
Electricity: 5% of the bill upto 50.
Broadband: 10% of the bill upto 100.
Prepaid/Postpaid/DTH: 5% upto 50.
Piped gas: 5% upto 50.
LPG(BharatGas or Indane only): Flat 25.
Water: 5% upto 50
(Also attaching a proof for the same)

Basically everything has been reduced in value. I have only listed utility bill payment cashbacks applicable before the said date.

Yup I noticed this. I used pay broadband bill using this. Amazon Pay is most rewarding at the moment, using that now! 🤷‍♂️

I used to get good rewards as well. I think now the offers are user-specific. On my account, I get a max. cashback of 30₹ on bill payments.

I too stopped using it after the initial 1 ywar offer of high cashbacks if linked with AutoPay SI.
Moved to Airtel Axis from this month.

The CB on Airtel axis hits the sweet spot for my Electricity+Gas bill which approximately hovers around Rs.3000 per month combined.

My Phone Bill is now into postpaid plan and Bill amount is around Rs.1415 in the family plan.

So atleast I max out the reward rate in 2 categories almost always.

Which leaves me with 10% category on swiggy/zomato.

Also this had led to my RBL Zomato Card ending up being used only for dineouts currently or food ordering only beyond Rs.3000/-

It also has 10% off on bigbasket.

Axis airtel is fairly good deal if you are in small family and have no plans to abuse it for doing recharges and paying utility bills for others.

This is also perfect card for me as I'm in similar situation as you.
