I have raised this issue. Let's c whether they refund it or not. Edit: Payzapp refunded the charges.
I also transferred my full balance to the account just now. Payzapp wallet is useless now. Cred wallet charges are slightly lower, and I prefer Mobikwik wallet if I need to use UPI anyway.
No, it must be some other issue, as I transferred the balance yesterday, which was added in December. You can try the usual clear cache/reinstall app process once, it might help.
