Payzapp is still charging wallet to bank transfer charges. It was supposed to be free from today.

Its from 6th Jan. Its just 50 min.

Wait for few time. May be till bank working hours. Such changes takes time.

It was showing transfer is free hence transferred but later realised it took charges. Earlier it used to show charges. Now it is not showing before transaction.

They have rectified their system. I raised a ticket on this issue.
Now they are not charging. Just checked.

How much u transferred? Just confirming wheather it is related to amount or not?
My 1st one 11000 took charge.
2nd one about 500 didn't charged.

Is your amount more than 2000?

That means initial 45 minutes they charged.
I have raised this issue. Let's c whether they refund it or not.
Edit: Payzapp refunded the charges.

Yes wallet to bank is showing free, but wallet load charges are increased from 2nd january

I also transferred my full balance to the account just now. Payzapp wallet is useless now. Cred wallet charges are slightly lower, and I prefer Mobikwik wallet if I need to use UPI anyway.

No, it must be some other issue, as I transferred the balance yesterday, which was added in December. You can try the usual clear cache/reinstall app process once, it might help.
