Send them mail as 21 days have already passed and dont tell them you paid CC bill just tell them utility bill payment was done and also update here about the further updates...i have too sent the mail and waiting for their reply

I paid using Cred with indusind visa DC yesterday. Merchant name was "Dreamplug Paytech Solutio".

Yes...cred didn't give...GoodScore gave!!
Very disappointing as I had completed my quota of 1.125 L on my all 4 cards!!

GoodScore is only possible for bill > 1L .. so not applicable most of the time

In that case let me tell you — Last month received rewards using the IndusInd Visa Signature debit card through the CheQ app and Indusind customer care had mentioned the MCC code 6051.

Minimum payment needs to be ₹90,000+ to get the debit card option on the CheQ app.

On the Goodscore app — ₹1,00,000+ is needed to get the DC option

Wow. Wallet to bank -> cyber cell freeze. This will cause massive havoc on all of card users.

How would police be involved, since wallet and bank both are probably on your PAN only na. Are you sure there were no other 10k txns. And your account is simple savings account right?

It must be from some other transaction that caused the account to be liened, simple.

uninstall paytm, gpay and phonepe app. if you dnt get DC option on goodscore app payment page.
