As I understood, basically its a prepaid wallet rupay card without UPI facility that will work only with limited sites (many disable prepaid card use) and physical POS (again may be some restriction for wallet card) . To get physical card one online txn of 100 is must.
Most shops now prefer UPI and many online sites have disabled prepaid card.
Seems to be for very specialized use and specialized persons only
