Any phone which uses google dialer does not have native recording.....Samsung has auto call recording for each and every call without any announcement....Samsung F23 and F34 are good models with call recording...

If a call recording is submitted in the court then for criminal cases, court at its own cost will get it verified from govt forensic lab in Hyderabad to confirm that it is not tempered with. For civil cases, you have to get it done on your own at own cost.

Recording of any transmission without consent or without prior permission from govt is not valid and not admissible.
You got away with it because other party did not object on valid ground.

Yes I know. I mentioned that in post #1. All models of samsung has native call recording without announcement.
