May be one is following dd/mm/yyyy and the another following mm/dd/yyyy.

In earlier years, adhaar used to have only year of birth and not full DOB. First check that your adhaar has full DOB

Chorpe me to kyc related ticket raise karne ka option hi nahi hai to maine aise random transaction par ticket raise kar diya, fir usme reply kiya ki maine ye ticket kyc ke liye raise ki hai. please enable upgrade wallet option for me.

In earlier years, adhaar used to have only year of birth and not full DOB. First check that your adhaar has full DOB

Yes I have dd/mm/yyyy format only. But phonepe developers wants only in their wish, but not flexible enough to check any format of data. Poor logic imo.

Try again by manually entering card number instead of saved one.

maadhaar and physical card shows complete DOB but still getting the same error

Reached out on twitter and this is the response I got which is super not helpful when never faced DOB issue for any other kyc.

Thank you for contacting us, XXX. We understand you are facing issues with the video KYC. Currently, we're unable to verify your date of birth. This might be because you haven't provided proof of your date of birth when you enrolled for Aadhaar. As a result, Aadhaar isn't able to share it with us for verification, so we are unable to proceed with the verification. Do not worry, you can easily get this resolved by visiting any Aadhaar center. They can help you update your date of birth in your Aadhaar records. Once done, you'll be able to continue without any issues.

I am getting the exact same error and the stupid PhonePe people saying I don't have DOB in my Aadhaar. 🙄No issue related to DOB with any other bank or wallet. And yes, it has the full date of birth dd/MM/yyyy. PhonePe robotic people have no clue and are giving copy-paste replies.
