PhonePe GiftCard using SBI Cashback

Today I saw that Phonepe offer Brand Gift Vouchers.

But Amazon Gift voucher can only be purchased via UPI (No Credit Card)

But Shopping Vouchers can be purchased via Credit Card.

So why this discrimination? And can someone please inform if 5% CB is provided for Shopping Vouchers purchased from Phonepe Using SBI Cashback Credit?

You can directly do shopping on amazon and get 5% cashback.

As I know, you cannot use PhonePe gift vouchers to buy other brand vouchers.

I tried Stan, but no option to buy Phonepe GV, I tried on Phonepe itself, but no CC payment method. Also tried Ease my Deal, but txn got refunded and failed, used Aeronpay, txn failed and Aeronpay kept my Rs. 100 instead of refunding it to me.

Amazon Pay gift card is an open loop card where you can not only use the amount in Amazon but also in other merchants where amazon pay is accepted. On the other hand Amazon shopping gift card is a closed loop gift card so you can only use it in Amazon for shopping and there is no fees levied on it.

Most of the open loop gift cards has a fee. Close loop doesn't.

If you have imobile app, you can purchase phonepe gift card with 3% discount, may you can get 1% extra on apay credit card(not tested yet by myself yet), so maybe total 4%, which is just 1% less of sbi cb card cashback, and if you can any how manage to pay cc bill via dc with 1% cb, then total 5% discount

Yes, now its offering for first time users, i have tested for 10 rs., and it gave me discount, but after that i have tried many times, its not giving any discount

Even it has removed 3% discount banner from phonepe card logo.
