Yeah. I watched some YouTube videos and they show the same page like me which is Anubhav. But after filling in the details it shows Anumati. So much confusion!!! Anyways, a person came to do my kyc and told me not to worry about this account aggregator consent. He asked me to just email last 6 mths statements. Lets see what happens now. Thanks guys.SBI Card has another aggregator, and the consent form is called Anubhav there. Not sure if it's just Anumati renamed.

It gave me to option while compose Redeem rewards or continue with Ila chat box
Redeem rewards just redirected to vouchers
Chat box box is showing option to redeem against outstanding. I remember seeing soles videos for simpliclick card , bot sure the same is available for PhonePe too

So please try to mail customer care if nothing happens then nodal officer they will surely address something helpful
