Yeah. I watched some YouTube videos and they show the same page like me which is Anubhav. But after filling in the details it shows Anumati. So much confusion!!! Anyways, a person came to do my kyc and told me not to worry about this account aggregator consent. He asked me to just email last 6 mths statements. Lets see what happens now. Thanks guys.

you can write an email to customercare@sbicard.com asking for the reason for rejection. Please mention the application number in the email

as this card is relatively new, you can make a small GV purchase of 100/- and the team know if you do get the RP after the transaction settlement which would help the community.

Anyone tried Phonpe select reward redemption from App Ila or Compose mailbox?
I don't own a SBI PP card ,, but still wondering what is this APp Ila or compose mailbox redemption option mate??
I know ILA is SBI's chatbot's name...

SBI card has mailbox option where u can compose mail to support using selected categories and there is one option for redemption
It gave me two option while compose, Redeem rewards or continue with Ila chat box
Redeem rewards just redirected to vouchers
Chat box box is showing option to redeem against outstanding. I remember seeing some videos for simpliclick card , bot sure the same is available for PhonePe too

good to know.. that there are multiple ways (some unusual ways) to redeem the rewards..

SBI Rejected for location - first time i seen anyon.
Do you have any other bank credit cards for same location?

They replied with this generic email when I asked for the reason.
Pls suggest:
1. To reach nodal should I use the link given in email or is there an email id?
2. Also, anyone got a rejection and then able to get the card after escalation to nodal?

First this location thing happened with me after raising an email to customer care they helped regarding this because I also hold a sbi credit card in this location
So please try to mail customer care if nothing happens then nodal officer they will surely address something helpful

(a) Customer Acquisition:
i. Card-issuers shall provide a one-page Key Fact Statement along with the credit card application containing the important aspects of the card such as rate of interest, quantum of charges, among others. In case of rejection of a credit card application, the card-issuer shall convey in writing the specific reason/s which led to the rejection of the application.
Quote this and ask for specific reason for the rejection as per RBI circular.
