Help people whose SBI credit card application got declined due to over leverage issue

Oh..ok...it helps others only if you get SBI CB or Phonepe Black for yourself...otherwise no one will believe your suggestion

There is nothing like this
90% which are updated merchants are getting 10%
But which are on the way for updatation those merchants are only giving 1%
After complaining to support team they are transferring remaining points
And I have faced 3 times like this and support team really helped me...

In SBI app , unsettled payment to any merchant, sometime "KAIN" is showing in last.
Pls Check ✅ after 1-2 days, it will not show.

But , have seen the same KAIN in last, when it's nowhere linked to (Karnataka India)

Wrote an email to the CC to check it. Has anyone here faced a similar issue and got full RPs after contacting customer support?

yes i have faced the same issue, paid 2.1% as convenience fee

Merchant name after settlement - PhonePe
Got 80 cashback for a payment of 873.46.

AirTel card holders get 87. Though both cards won't yield effective 10% cashback at least you get more cashback with AirTel card.

Those idiots are sending template responses. I have escalated this to the PNO and am awaiting their response.

But for government txns even 1% reward should not be credited.
