Yes, its calendar month and also counts based on transaction settle date not on transaction date..

My Statement date is 3rd and thinking that i did 3k transaction on 31st aug, which was settled on 2nd sep, 300 rewards added and billed on 3rd statement..

Now i did transaction of 20k thinking its a new statement month.. but strangely i got only 1700 rewards instead of 2000

So, what's the usual settle time for upi and card otp transactions?

For me upi transactions mostly settle on next working day and otp transactions taking 2-3 days to settle

I have noticed upi transactions done before 12pm settle next day. And after 12 pm transactions settle after 1 day. Means they settle in batches. Batch of upi Transactions done upto 12pm today are settled by tomorrow morning.
Can anyone else confirm this pattern?

Just to double check, can some one pls confirm if below merchant gives 10%?

While paying via UPI, the payment to shows as HDFC ERGO and at the bottom the reference url is www.phonepe.com and while trying to pay with card and otp getting the two below merchant names. Can someone pls confirm which is eligible for 10%?

This 2000 capping for 10% cb on Phonepe is per billing cycle or per calendar month? Can anyone confirm this?
