Any idea what is his cummulative credit card+loan limit and its ratio with his annual salary? If his cummulative credit limit is already >1.5x then better to avoid the LE now and apply for the phonepe card first to avoid overleveraged issueMy bro holds sbi cashback card and wants to apply for phonepe black. He recently received huge auto limit increase offer in his cashback card. I need help from the community,
what will be better? (a) Get the limit increase in cb card and then apply for phonepe or (b) apply for phonepe card first and then take the LE offer. Thanks
Thanks, yeah this over leverage thing with sbi is what I was concerned about. This ratio in his case is just below 1.5 times. But if he takes LE than it will shoot up. On the other hand, we don't know for sure how sbi calculates this over leverage thing and the last thing that I would want for him is to apply for phonepe card only to be rejected for some reason and then find out that this LE offer is also somehow gone as a result of this application.Any idea what is his cummulative credit card+loan limit and its ratio with his annual salary? He will get LE offer in future too. Phonepe card is really great. Worth taking the risk. I was at 1.2-1.3X when they approved my second SBI card. So <1.5X seems to be safe zone. Thanks, yeah this over leverage thing with sbi is what I was concerned about. This ratio in his case is just below 1.5 times. But if he takes LE than it will shoot up. Only 5% cashback/reward pointsFor the SBI PhonePe Credit Card, during sales like the Amazon Great Indian Festival, if I get both an instant discount at checkout and 5% cashback later, which component is subject to possible reversal by SBI? Will they ever reverse the instant discount given upfront, or only the 5% cashback credited later?
