Anyone got response on their reconsideration request after overleveraged decline...other than a 12-15 days timeline?

Got a reply last night from customer service head… rejected… any next level left to escalate?

Ohh, means they are just consuming time, and then going back to the earlier decision basis their overleveraged policy.

Do you hold existing card from SBI? what justification did you give? consider basis your salary, or basis existing card limit or anything specific?

Gave them salary slips and mentioned that overall cibil reported limit is not high
