PhonePe Ultimo No rewards ?

Hi Guys,
I used hdfc PhonePe ultimo credit card on PhonePe to pay my phone bill. (credit card otp)
but i have NOT received any rewards , any idea why ?
Total rewards i got is 30, iam assuming thats for UPI transactions.

Faced the same issue. Raised it with HDFC but they are still figuring out since the last 3 weeks

You have done transaction in this month. Reward points would be credited in first week of next month.

No reward points shown in the statement generated today. This is a complete f ck up card. Customer care been struggling to find the solution since one month

Bhai kisi ko nhi mile hain..stop crying. It's a new card. Customer care is already clueless. RBI BO will come into Play if they don't credit

Customer care has responded that reward points have not been credited due to technical glitch and expected to be be credited in 3 working days

Paid electricity bills of October and November totalling approx 10k but haven’t received any RP as of today.

You should have received 10% then. I paid bill in last week of Oct through OTP and had received 10% for the transaction.
Raise grievance with customer support
