I found one indusind bank sales agent who is giving pinnacle credit card in 10k plus gst with 10k amazon voucher as LTF.

This offer is only for new customers and not for card upgrades.

You can use pinnacle card as surrogate to convert indusind exclusive account to zero mab and use the feature packed exclusive debit card for zero forex.

Moreover pinnacle card gives us book my show buy one get one upto three times a month and even works for single ticket upfront discount of 200 also as tested by someone.

Also pinnacle card comes with priority pass which gives two free international lounge access per quarter.

The customer service people are saying you've only paid 10k + GST joining fee whereas voucher is for 15k+GST joining fee.... The joining fee was billed for 10K+GST only how can I pay more. They're saying you might need to pay remaining money before you get voucher. I had raised complaint 2 weeks ago today I have received this response and they are saying the request for gift was rejected because of this reason

Not received any such email. I remember when I was applying they sent an email with a link where you had to accept T&C. However all the info was on the website and not the email itself. The same link doesn't open anymore.

Upon arguments with the bank, they've said that they will arange a callback tomorrow and I can try to get the joining fee reversed if I can't get the vouchers. Basically they are saying that the "code" to generate gift is an old one and now there's no offer to generate gift for 10k+gst joining fee and the old "code" is not working.

Found sms with the following:

Dear MR <NAME>, thank you for choosing IndusInd Bank Credit Card! Your Card has been issued with a joining fee of INR 10000 which will be billed in the first monthly statement - IndusInd Bank
