I found one indusind bank sales agent who is giving pinnacle credit card in 10k plus gst with 10k amazon voucher as LTF.

This offer is only for new customers and not for card upgrades.

You can use pinnacle card as surrogate to convert indusind exclusive account to zero mab and use the feature packed exclusive debit card for zero forex.

Same here… my also pending.. not received… paid in October… mailed n request raised on 11 October but not received yet.. mailed md desk , recevd call very next day n she asked 48 hours.. 72 hrs passed but no reply till then..

There is no struggle at all. Pay your first bill and then call them after few days.

there is clearly struggle that i am facing. got the card in sept, paid bill in oct and called, rep said 7 days wait, no sms, called again/emailed, got reply that it would take 15 business days. called today, rep said request was raised on nov 10 so you should receive it by now, he sent an escalated email to the so called "concerned team" and asked to wait 3 days.

i also got hdfc iocl card online and it had 250 + 1500 gift card offer, i got the gift cards automatically without me reaching out to the bank on time. so there is struggle with indusind bank for each and every aspect of credit cards or savings account.
